Exhibitor Form - 2027
Applications for our 2027 event are open!
Please read our Exhibitor Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your application. All applications must be completed through the online form to ensure we have the correct information.
Crabfest receives a high volume of exhibitor applications each year and, as space is limited, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate everyone who applies. Applications will be reviewed following the closing date, with exhibitors selected to help create a varied and balanced offering across the event. Submitting an application does not guarantee a pitch. All applicants will be contacted once applications have been reviewed and advised whether their application has been successful.
Applications will close on 31st December 2026.
We reserve the right to close applications early should we receive a high volume.
Please complete this form in full to indicate your preferences. A member of the Crabfest team will be in touch with you shortly.
